June 8, 2019 @ 9:00 pm - June 9, 2019 @ 12:30 am

Celebrate the Jewish people’s receiving of the Torah at Mt. Sinai with a night of relevant and inspiring Torah study in members’ homes. How do we face rising Anti-Semitism? How do we build relationships with allies? How can Jewish texts guide us in this moment? Join Sheryl Olitzky, co-founder and executive director of Sisterhood of Salaam Shalom at 9:00pm for “Rise and Respond Through Bridges: How Interfaith Dialogue Makes Love Stronger than Hate,” Peter Nelson, director of Holocaust education at the ADL at 10:15pm for “Teaching Never Again in a Climate when Never is Now,” and Rabbi Olitzky and Rabbi Marder at 11:30pm for “Fear and Loathing in Jewish History: How Jewish Text and Experience Guide us in Times of Rising Anti-Semitism.”
