Join Steve Weber, Beth El’s resident macaroon expert, in baking these delicious Pesach cookies together over Zoom.

INGREDIENTS:
- 5 cups flaked sweetened coconut(depending on the moisture of the coconut, you may
- need more)*
- 4 large egg whites
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (use imitation during Pesach).
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp almond extract
- 1 ½ lbs bittersweet chocolate (for dipping)
