Learn how to bake Sambousek, a classic Syrian comfort food made by home cooks and chefs alike, with cake baker Miriam Golan, and food writer Shannon Sarna, just in time to serve these delicious cheesy pockets for Shavuot. In this hands-on class, each participant will learn how to shape Sambousek like a pro, and will get to take a dozen fresh sambousek home to enjoy!
