Documentary showing of SUKKAH CITY

SUKKAH CITY chronicles the architecture competition that explored the creative potential of the ancient Jewish sukkah and created a temporary exhibition of 12 radically designed sukkahs in the heart of New York City. The film goes behind the scenes of the jury day, the construction, and the exhibition to provide an entertaining and inspiring portrait of the project’s visionary architects, planners and structures and celebrates an exciting, singular moment in the American Jewish experience.
Documentary Run Time: 67 minutes. The film’s director and CBE member Jason Hutt will join us for an intro and post-screening Q&A led by member Stuart Weinstock, the director of the New Jersey Jewish Film Festival. View the SUKKAH CITY trailer.
