Yoga Shabbat

Join certified yoga instructor Merav Fine Braun, in a Shabbat yoga experience. Yoga is a spiritual practice, further understanding the holy vessels of our bodies and our relationship with the world. Shabbat Yoga uses the liturgy of our Shabbat service and the lessons and values of our tradition to set intention for this physical prayer experience. Come dressed casually. Yoga mats will be provided.
