Shabbat Services (Pesach Chol HaMoed) with Guest Speaker Rabbi Dan Horwitz

Shabbat morning services meet in person in the Sanctuary, followed by a Kiddush lunch in our Social Hall. This Shabbat, we will have a guest speaker, Rabbi Dan Horwitz, join us for Shabbat services. Rabbi Dan Horwitz is committed to fostering a joyful Judaism that is inclusive, inspiring and relevant. In addition to rabbinic ordination, he holds 3 masters degrees and a law degree. Now serving as the CEO of the Jewish Federation of Greater Nashville, Rabbi Dan has been a pulpit rabbi at a 900 family Conservative synagogue, the CEO of a large JCC, the organizational rabbi for Moishe House globally, and was the founding director of The Well, a Millennial outreach and engagement initiative which under his leadership helped transform Jewish engagement in Metro Detroit and beyond.

He will be giving the sermon for Shabbat, entitled “The Four Children of the Haggadah and How Different Demographics Make Connection in Jewish Communal Life”
